Christmas Post

I made this card at the same time as the Christmas Coach one, both images are on the same CD , this is a real old fashioned post van and I love the winter feel of the image. The weight of the embellishments is uneven so I cut off the circle bottom on the back of the card to make sure it would stand in the correct position, initially it rolled round onto it's side.

Poinsettia flowers die cut from 120gsm paper coloured with markers then sprayed lightly with water scrunched up then left to dry. The flowers dry really well and hold their shape.

A warm welcome to Maarit my latest follower, many thanks for pressing the follow button.

Another dull day here it's been dark for most of the day, so after finishing my chores and walking the dog Iv'e had another lazy me day with my book.
