My jar is empty at present but will soon hold homemade preserved apple pie filling recipe here, we have several apple trees in the garden and it looks as though we will have a bumper crop, so I'll also be making apple chutney and beetroot and apple jam, last year I spent the week we were going on holiday making preserves, this year the pace will be more leisurely
