The Challenge for Day 5 at Catch the Bug is to create a card based on the photo on the challenge site. Image coloured with Promarkers.
I chose to make a New Year card, in Scotland, New Year is very much a time for families, it used to be celebrated almost as much as Christmas, sadly there seem to be fewer and fewer people venturing out for the midnight celebrations, unless attending an organised event.

ReplyDeleteWhen I was a wee girl, New Year was celebrated more than Christmas, but maybe that's because we were near Glasgow, and folks went first footing and there was always black bun,Kate x x
