Today's Challenge at Make My Monday and was chosen by Silvi and the theme is "Make Your Own Background, No Designer Papers "
My background was made using Distress Inks then a die cut inlaid into the almost circular shape, and another used as a sentiment

Very effective and simple. I’d like to try the technique, I often die cut but forget about the possibility of using the negative as well...

What a pretty inlaid die cut design! This technique has been on my TO-DO list for ages but I never seem to try it - now I'm going to have to! This CAS layout is so effective and you did such a nice job!
