Layer It Up

This week's challenge  at http://ooh-la-la-creationschallenges.blogspot.co.uk/ was  chosen by Michelle and she would like to see lots of layers on your creation.  Pop over and see the team's beautiful cards and join in with us.

The image and papers I used are from the Ooh-la-la Shawn Jenkins CD, the only addition I made was to die cut lots of  flowers  to add some layers and  some pearls and a ribbon.

Any Old Iron

Today's challenge at  CD Sunday was chosen by Jocelyn and is Any Old Iron, think metallic paper, embellishments, brads and images containing iron images. I used the Crafter's Companion Downton Abbey  CD for the backing papers and a free image from Magic Moonlight  then decorated with with a bow pins and a metal flower embellishment. Spring Feed

Hi I hope I have managed to visit most of the blogs I follow, if I have missed you, apologies, The dreaded internet is still not fixed.I have never been so frustrated with a problem before, it took 67min and 3 depts on Wednesday for them to escalate my complaint all I wanted to know was when the team that are responsible for underground cabling would be addressing the problem, got an answer today more than 48 hrs later that they should be finished by Monday evening.I'll wait and see I'm not holding out much hope.

This fun image is from The House Mouse Triple Cd, he's obviously eaten far too much and needs rescuing. Love the Spring colours in the image, so teamed it with yellows blues and greens.

Primroses

I purchased a few of the Simply Print Images from Lili of the Valley recently and love this little mouse holding the flowers, After lots of deliberation and rejecting loads of papers I decided to keep it as WOW apart from the image embellishments and ribbon. Flower dies from Crafter's Companion and the doily I believe is from Cheery Lynn. A dull morning here so a lazy day I think.

Christmas Tag

Apologies if I haven't visited over the past week our internet which can only be described as poor at best has been almost non existent since last week despite an engineer's visit, all he could say was our speed was below what he would have expected, an engineer is to call again tomorrow, despite the first one saying it was nothing wrong in the house. BT are happy to take payment and at present are not providing an adequate service.

I am way behind in my Christmas cards/tags and spent Saturday afternoon making a few.

Spring

Special Birthday

Good morning from a wet and dull part of Scotland, a perfect day for spending some time crafting, thank you to all those who continue to visit and leave comments, I appreciate them all.
