These two cards were made using a free Cd with the Making Cards magazine, and I love both images thought they were perfect for CAS style cards and would suit almost any occasion. The other images on this section of the Cd are beauties too.
Thanks to everyone for all the comments on my cards and welcome to my latest follower Deborah.

The Challenge starting at Make my Monday today was chosen by Nandini and she would like to see "Fancy Folds". Pop over to the Challenge Blog for some inspiration and see the fabulous makes there.
This little box is large enough to hold a sweet, but you could adapt the sizes to suit a small gift, I found the instructions, here , it really is quite simple to make.

Winter in the Mountains
Today's Challenge at CD Sunday was chosen by Margaret who would like to see "Winter in the Mountains" cards. After looking at lots of images I settled on this one from Pollyanna Pickering, because in the wild, giant panda are only found in the remote, mountainous regions of central China, and as you can see from the frost/snow it's winter.
I kept my card quite simple so that it would be suitable for either a female or male, I can always add embellishments if I decide to send it to a female recipient.
Head on over to the challenge and see the other DT cards then please join us, as long as you use an element from a CD and name the CD you used you will be eligible for a top 3 pick and a prize from Margaret, I look forward to seeing your creations.
Have added template for card, hoe it makes sense

Good morning from a very frosty but snow free part of Scotland, it looks as though we will escape the snow here in the North East corner.
Going to meet my elder son this afternoon, he phoned last night and asked if I wanted to go and see The Darkest Hour with him, he's a huge Garry Oldman fan and thought I would enjoy it too.
A card with flowers and lots of layers using a Lili of the Valley Simply Print image.

Bloom Where You are Planted
Good morning to my followers and visitors, another miserable morning with misty rain, though the sun has made a brief appearance.
This New Home card has a lovely sentiment from TLC. I feel that it doesn't matter where you live as long as you are with those you love.

Blue and White
Many thanks to Caz for asking me to join the Make My Monday Design Team (MMM) I was thrilled to accept her invitation and today's Challenge "Blue and White" is my first, I would love if my followers popped onto the challenge blog to see the DT creations, and perhaps enter the challenge.
I like to have several cards that can be used to say thank you, or to let someone know I am thinking of them, this is one for that box.I raised the stamped area with foam pads and added the roses (not quite so dark IRL ) to give dimension.

Happy New Year - Ruff Day
Good morning and Happy New Year to my Crafty friends, this months challenge at Paper Creator is Anything Goes. My card is a big bit tongue in cheek as I'm sure a few folk will have overindulged over the past week and will be feeling under the weather. It isn't essential to use Paper Creator products to enter the Challenge, but you will gain an extra entry if you do.
This image is called Bad Hair Day and is from the Sassy Cheryl section of the store.
Please pop over to the Blog to see the wonderful inspiration from the Design Team, we would love you to join in, you could win a £10 coupon to spend in the shop.
