Patchwork

Good morning and welcome to my first post as a member of the CD Sunday design team I am both excited and a bit nervous especially as this challenge No images or photographs is a bit outside my comfort zone.

I printed off 2 designs in 3 different colours from the Papermania Digital Designer Cd cut out hexagons and layered them onto card to create my background then added a sentiment from TLC 2 ribbons and a butterfly and it was done.

Do visit the challenge at CD Sunday and see the teams cards and please join in .

Congratulations Meg. A great card and very inspiring. You've used the idea to make your own background and created a wonderful card. Glad to have you aboard the CD Sunday train!! Hugs Wynn xx

Great card love your creative touch and the layout of your card.
I was also outside my comfort zone and a hubby stressing me out but I got there in the end. He wanted me to pack it in before I had even started.
Look forward to more great challenges hopefully not as hard as this one.

What a beautifully made background, love the mix of colors and patterns and how the sentiment blend in and not competing with the background.

Totally gorgeous, really lovely papers, great sentiment, and love the patchwork design.
My Sister is into patchwork so I once made a patchwork card, took me ages and ages, keep thinking I will try it again, then I come to my senses.
