Apologies if I haven't visited over the past week our internet which can only be described as poor at best has been almost non existent since last week despite an engineer's visit, all he could say was our speed was below what he would have expected, an engineer is to call again tomorrow, despite the first one saying it was nothing wrong in the house. BT are happy to take payment and at present are not providing an adequate service.
I am way behind in my Christmas cards/tags and spent Saturday afternoon making a few.

Wonderful tag! We had similar broadband problems in January, we had to ask for the fault to be escalated and a broadband boost engineer to come out, half an hour of his attentions and we now have the best speeds ever, give it a try.

Fab Tag, your tags are far better than some of my cards, every year I tell myself that I must make Christmas tags as I always end up buying them and I never seem to get round to it, note to self, MUST DO BETTER this year.

Re. BT. They are obliged to stick by their service level agreement so do challenge them about the fact that you're paying for a service they aren't delivering - and don't be afraid to say you'll be taking it up with OfCom too!
