Fabulous design and combination of images, great distressing and texture, always love a bit of paper-piecing, wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of that nurse...she means business!

Oh boy, she is one scary nurse with that big needle. And, the high heels, never wore high heels when I was still working as a nurse. Ha ha ha :)
