Sending a Smile

Welcome to all followers and visitors, many thanks for visiting and continuing to leave comments I really appreciate the time you take to do this.

Today  at The Alphabet Challenge Dawn has asked that we feature the colour yellow.

For my very simple card I used  a fun font "Face Off "to create the smiley faces and a sentiment from TLC. I hope it made you smile too.

Very busy with no time to craft, thankfully I had my DT cards ready for the next few weeks,we sold out very large family home 2 weeks ago with an entry date of March 26th so 4 weeks to search for a new much smaller home or somewhere to rent, disposing of surplus furniture and belongings has been a nightmare,I wish the charity shops had been open. We have seen a property in Aberdeen (50 miles away) where our sons live and my husband's home town so fingers crossed we won't be living out of boxes for too long.

Apologies if I'm not around to comment very often.

Pop over to the Challenge Blog for some inspiration and see the fabulous makes there.

Fantastic fun card, great design. Good luck with the move, bad enough normally but with everything closed and lockdown makes it so much more stressful. Hopefully you soon find the ideal place. Hugs Emmax

Too cute, Meg! Perfect card for the color challenge and it is sure to make someone's day. Good luck with your move! I, too, am at the beginnings of the process of downsizing and being closer to kids. Keeping my hopes up that it can happen before too long but I'm preparing now to keep my stress/pain levels on the lower side. I hope you are doing well and staying safe. Have a wonderful weekend! Hugs, Debbie

Hey Meg! I love this CAS design and those cute little icon faces! This design is going into my saved folder! Hope all is well with you - I'm still a bit under the weather and waiting for some info from the doc! Can't wait for spring and hope to get the vaccine in the next few weeks - if all goes well! You've been in my thoughts!! : ) Have a good weekend!
Hugs - Rachelle : )

This card will bring anyone a smile! Good luck on finding a new place. We've been looking for awhile now for ourselves and can't find anything we both love. Just moved our daughter into her own townhouse so she's happy.

Fun card concept! This past year I seem to need cards for many other occasions than just birthdays and Christmas, uplifting notes is increasingly in demand. To be on the move is a lot of job, but exciting as well as long as it’s your own choice. Happy house hunting!
