My son was married in September, they had a religious ceremony and Hand Fasting conducted by the Minister and then a Quaich Ceremony
A few family pics of myself with the boys, my younger sons girlfriend, my brother and Laura's mum
They had a Magician to entertain the guests whilst they had their photographs taken, everyone enjoyed his tricks especially the Bride and Groom

Second attempt, one or two typos before!
What a lovely post Meg, thank you so much for sharing the photos, everyone looks radiant on a very special occasion and so nice to see the traditional dress for the men.
Followed the links and interesting to read about the Ceremony tradition which confess I'd never come across before. But not unlike when one of our boys and wife married in her home town in France. There both a Civil and Church ceremony are required - as she is Catholic you can imagine an hour long service in French when you speak hardly any.
Moving onto your card, how beautiful and colourful, a lovely underwater scene created.

Beautiful card Meg, love that fabulous , colourful turtle.
It looks as if your son and his bride had a wonderful wedding, everyone looks so happy, a beautiful bride and your sons look so handsome in their kilts. Never heard of a Quaich ceremony so very interesting to read the link- what a lovely tradition. Thanks for sharing Meg. xx

Firstly your card is so colourful and beautiful Meg. Wow I love your wedding photos. You have two very handsome sons who look very well in their kilts! Your outfit was beautiful and it sounds like the bride and groom had a great time. Never heard of that tradition but it is always lovely to be introduced to new traditions. My son married a girl from Latvia and they did quite a few unusual (to us) traditions, all very enjoyable.
Fantastic coloring on the turtle & lovely background! A beautiful card!! Thank you for sharing with us @ 613 Avenue Create.
