I try to have a few thank you cards ready to pop in the post and although the sentiment is "it's the little things" I would use this to say thank you too.

thanks for your lovely comments… always appreciated. I am not too bad healthwise at the moment thanks… had a good run…without any really bad chest flare ups.. fingers crossed it continues as colder weather comes in.
