A Christmas card with all the diecut elements cut from the snippet of card left over from making the 6x6 base card.A silver bow and a few silver pearls to finish.I decided that most of my Christmas cards will have lots of white space this year,love the fresh appearance of white on white.

Christmas Sleigh

 

This year's Christmas card layouts seem to be following two themes,wreaths with die cuts and lots of white space. A vintage style image surrounded by a twiggy  wreath and foliage mostly cut from vellum.

Christmas with Diecuts

 

A Christmas card with a beautiful robin and traditional colours using diecuts from several companies. Sentiment computer generated.

Robins are one of my favourite birds, the other being owls. I love seeing them on Christmas cards and used traditional colours and winter foliage dies fast becoming a favourite

Red Pink and White at MMM.

Today's Challenge at Make My Monday was chosen by Amy and the theme is to use the colours red, pink and white.

My card was made using these colours and scraps of card and die cut letters using a Sizzix Die, simple and flat for posting.

Stencils or Masks at BBB

Thank you to everyone who has been joining in the challenges   at Back to Basics and Beyond  this fortnight we would like to see a  card where you have used a Stencil or Mask. 

This is something I rarely do simply because I don't have many stencils, and this one was homemade using a Tim Holtz die and some Mylar a flexible but strong plastic. I inked through the stencil and added a butterfly to finish.

I have been leaving lots of makes without a sentiment until I know who the recipient will be.
