Fun Fold

Welcome to the latest challenge at MMM where Sue has chosen "A Fun Fold" as our theme.

I have had very few opportunities to craft as we have lots of work going on in our New Home, we'd ages to wait for tradesmen even getting quotes for the work seemed to take ages.Every room in the house seems upside down.

I'm afraid I had to search my Drafts folder and this was the only card that was remotely suitable.

Image and die cut poinsettia from Hunkydory.

Many thanks to all who visit and leave a comment, I appreciate the time you take to do this.

Use Your Scraps at MMM

Welcome to all followers and visitors, many thanks for visiting and continuing to leave comments I really appreciate the time you take to do this.

Today at Make My Monday, Dawn has asked us to use our scraps. I am pretty ruthless and don't keep many leftover scraps of paper but did find some pieces  of water coloured paper.

Lots of choice for you here.I die cut lots of tiny squares arranged them in a loose grid and used a die cut greeting from hunkydory.

Criss Cross Card at MMM

Welcome to all followers and visitors, many thanks for visiting and continuing to leave comments I really appreciate the time you take to do this.

Today at Make My Monday,Cindy  has chosen "a criss cross card " for our challenge. You can find a tutorial here.

I used an image and card-stock from a Hunkydory kit that I've had unopened for ages.   I'm sure lots of us have neglected items in our stash.

Pop over to the Challenge Blog for some inspiration and see the fabulous makes there.

Santa and Snowman

Welcome friends and followers, I am determined to use some of my long neglected stash and to finish off some of the cards I started and didn't finish,at the same time increasing my Christmas card  stock. This card base and background papers were in my bits box, all I had to do was add the image from Hunkydory and embellishments.I love traditional images and colours.Challenges http://craftyhazelnutschristmaschallenge.blogspot.com/2020/08/chnc-challenge-502.html                       https://www.fezziwigsfestivefrolics.com/2020/07/fezziwig-says-santas-on-his-way.html                         https://merrylittlechristmaschallenge.blogspot.com/2020/08/mlccb-25-august-anything-christmas-goes.html                                                                                                                                                       http://jinglebellesrock.blogspot.com/2020/08/raiding-refrigerator.html

Stepper Card at Back to Basics and Beyond

Thank you to everyone who has joined in the first six challenges , and welcome to the today's Challenge at Back to Basics and Beyond this fortnight we would like to see a Simple Stepper card, there are lots of ideas on Pinterest.

I decided to use a topper from Hunkydory and cut my side stepper base to suit it's measurements.A music die from Crafter's Companion (I thought the robin looked as though he was singing his heart out and it would be the perfect embellishment )and Poinsettia from Tattered lace to finish it off.

We would love you to join in, pop over to the challenge site and see the other Design Team makes , look forward to seeing you there.

Christmas Houses

I bought a few Hunkydory Little book selections on Ebay at the end of last year and decided that they mustn't lie in the drawer for ever, Teamed with papers that were free with the Die Cutting Essentials Christmas Special and some Spellbinder die cuts. Another card to add to the Christmas Box.

A pleasant day here now after a wet start, not too hot thankfully. We had quite a few birds nesting in the garden this year and have been putting nuts and fat balls out on a daily basis, we are now going through at least 8 fat balls a day and often see 30+ birds at the feeders. It's lovely to see them.

In The Garden

I had a few last minute cards to make so used some Hunkydory  Little Book toppers teamed with papers from Kameo cards and Creative Crafting World, A Winter Walk in the Countryside CD .

I think I have everything organised now, just last minute food shopping to do, the family finish on the 23rd for 3 days  hubby says he will collect them when they finish work, so we will probably eat out in Aberdeen before heading home.

Thanks to everyone who has visited and left comments on my posts I appreciate the time you have taken to do this.
